About the role

A CNC Swiss machine programmer/operator is needed to operate and program CNC Swiss machines in a manufacturing environment. The role involves setting up and running machines, programming complex parts, and maintaining equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC Swiss machines to produce high-quality components
• Program and modify CNC code for new and existing parts
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as necessary
• Maintain and troubleshoot CNC Swiss machines
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth production processes

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience operating CNC Swiss machines
• Proficiency in programming CNC Swiss machines using CAM software
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferably with technical training

Qualifications

• Knowledge of CNC programming languages such as G-code and M-code
• Experience with CAD/CAM software
• Understanding of metrology and quality control principles
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
