Responsibilities
- Maintain supervision of lifeguards and ensure compliance with Natatorium guidelines.
- Show knowledge of emergency action plan, pool facilities, equipment, programs, hours of operation, and pool events.
- Be punctual and adhere to schedule and policies.
- Complete necessary maintenance and paperwork related to the facility.
- Treat members and guests courteously and provide accurate information.
- Assist the Manager and Assistant Manager in instructing, promoting, and facilitating aquatic programs.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old and hold a high school diploma.
- Previous Lifeguard experience is required.
- Must possess current Lifeguard and CPR/AED certification from the American Red Cross.
