Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations across four community pools.
- Communicate regularly with our contracted pool service company daily to ensure maintenance and cleanliness.
- Manage the guest check-in processes and ensure a welcoming experience.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and inviting pool environment for members and guests.
- Oversee cleanliness of pool areas, remove debris, remove garbage, power wash surfaces, and maintain patio furniture.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks (e.g., pumps, skimmers, drains).
- Train staff and uphold high service standards.
- Address member concerns with professionalism, patience, and strong customer service skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in hospitality or a related field.
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire).
- Strong leadership and team motivation abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Able to lift over 50 pounds.
- Comfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
- Computer literate and able to use basic software for communication, scheduling, and reporting.
Additional Information
Qualified candidates will be supported in obtaining their Pool Operator Certificate after hire.
