Responsibilities

• Assist in surgical procedures by preparing operating rooms, sterilizing equipment, and supporting surgeons and nurses with sterile supplies.
• Ensure aseptic techniques.
• Verify surgical sites.
• Maintain accurate supply and specimen documentation.
• Adhere to universal protocols.
• Participate in OR briefings.
• Identify and report concerns affecting patient care.
• Follow all policies and standards.
• Support medication labeling under supervision.
• Contribute to a collaborative, safe environment.

Qualifications and Skills

• Graduate from a specialized training program.
