Surgical Technologist II

Role: Surgical Technologist II Responsibilities: Support complex surgical procedures by preparing operating rooms, organizing and sterilizing instruments, maintaining aseptic technique, and anticipating intraoperative needs. Participate in advanced cases, ensure accurate counts, support use of specialized equipment, and coordinate care across the perioperative team. Qualifications & Skills: Knowledge of surgical procedures, sterile techniques, and operating room protocols. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate effectively with surgeons, RNs, and perioperative staff. Ability to support complex surgical environments and adapt to evolving needs.
