Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain sterile fields for surgical procedures
- Pass instruments and anticipate surgeon needs
- Ensure accurate counts and proper documentation
- Collaborate with surgeons, RNs, anesthesia, and sterile processing teams
- Support safe and efficient surgical operations
