Surgical Tech / OR Tech

Responsibilities

• Prepare operating rooms, set up and verify surgical instruments and supplies
• Maintain strict sterile technique during procedures
• Assist surgeons and nurses intraoperatively, anticipating instrument and equipment needs
• Support patient positioning and draping
• Handle specimens safely and ensure accurate documentation
• Facilitate efficient room turnover
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a patient-centered environment
• Contribute to a culture of compassion, diversity, and innovation

Qualifications & Skills

• Knowledge of surgical procedures, instrumentation, and sterile techniques
