Surgical Tech / OR Tech

Responsibilities

• Support safe and efficient surgical care by preparing and maintaining sterile fields, organizing instruments and supplies, assisting surgeons and nurses during procedures, performing accurate counts, operating basic OR equipment, handling specimens, and adhering to infection prevention and safety standards.
• Ensure a sterile environment, facilitate smooth surgical operations, and maintain compliance with safety protocols while supporting patient-centered care in a fast-paced surgical setting.

Qualifications & Skills

• Knowledge of sterile techniques, surgical procedures, and OR equipment; ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team; strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and infection control.
