Role Overview The OR Tech II collaborates with perioperative nurses to provide individualized, age-specific patient care in the operating room, ensuring safe surgical environments and expected physiological responses across various service lines. Key Responsibilities Assist in organizing and administering patient care during surgeryMaintain a sterile environment and support surgical team activitiesEnsure patient safety and optimal outcomes within the perioperative division Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalentCompletion of an OR Technician training program2-3 years of relevant experienceProficiency in scrubbing for robotics, vascular, neurovascular, general, thoracic, neuro/spine, orthopedics, plastic, and trauma casesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently, multitask, and be flexible Certifications & Licenses Certified Surgical TechnicianCurrent BLS Healthcare Provider Certification (American Heart Association) Additional Details Work hours: 11:00 am - 7:00 pm, including every other weekend and holidaysFull-time role with comprehensive benefits, including PTO, insurance, retirement, tuition reimbursement, and wellness programs
