About the Role

We are seeking a Surgical Education and Application Specialist to provide advanced surgical support and education on implantable hearing devices. This role involves up to 50% travel, requires a valid driver’s license, and meeting credentialing standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical support during surgical procedures and product launches.
• Create and deliver medical training programs for healthcare professionals.
• Assist in the ongoing education and onboarding of new staff.
• Review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for compliance.
• Document interactions and activities via Salesforce.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 4+ years of experience in the healthcare industry.
• 3-5 years of surgical support experience with implantable hearing technologies (preferred).
