Responsibilities
- Consult with prospective LASIK and refractive surgery patients
- Build rapport and educate patients on their vision correction options
- Present procedure recommendations and pricing
- Guide patients through financing and payment options
- Follow up with prospective patients by phone, text, and email to address concerns and overcome barriers to scheduling
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline and consistently follow up on leads
- Cook up closely with physicians and the clinical team to provide an exceptional patient experience
- Consistently achieve consultation and surgery conversion goals
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience selling elective medical procedures or aesthetic services
- Strong closing skills with a consultative sales approach
- Comfortable discussing procedures ranging from several thousand dollars
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Able to manage multiple patient leads while maintaining attention to detail
