Role: Direct Support Professional Responsibilities Provide person‑centered support to youth and adults in workforce and vocational training programs.Coach participants in daily living, social, and job‑readiness skills.Support community engagement and promote independence, safety, and self‑advocacy.Implement support plans and document services accurately.Coordinate with instructors and counselors to ensure participant needs are met.Model respectful, inclusive behavior to foster a positive environment.
