Key responsibilities include providing daily support, supervision, and encouragement, assisting with daily living activities, medication management, transportation, and documenting resident progress. The role involves facilitating group sessions, supporting individualized treatment goals, responding to crisis situations, and maintaining a safe environment. Additional duties include performing urinalysis and breathalyzer testing, supporting life skills, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for recovery.
