Responsibilities include documenting progress, facilitating groups, responding to crises, and maintaining a safe, recovery-focused environment. The position requires performing urinalysis and breathalyzer tests as needed. The professional will support residents in achieving their treatment goals through encouragement and supervision. Skills in crisis response, documentation, and group facilitation are essential. The role is full-time, working Sunday through Thursday from 2 pm to 10 pm, offering benefits.
