Adult Residential Support Professional – Aspen Center (2nd Shift) Seeking a compassionate and dependable Adult Residential Support Professional to provide daily support and supervision in a residential substance use treatment environment. Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily activities, medication management, documentation, transportation, crisis response, facilitating groups, and promoting a safe, recovery-focused atmosphere. The role involves supporting residents in achieving treatment goals, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring safety through crisis intervention and testing as needed. Ideal candidates are passionate about helping others, with strong interpersonal skills and reliability. Schedule: Full-time, benefits-eligible, Sunday through Thursday 2pm-10pm shift.
