Adult Residential Support Professional – Aspen Center (2nd Shift) Seeking a compassionate and dependable individual to provide daily support, supervision, and encouragement to residents in a residential substance use treatment program. Key duties include assisting with daily living activities, medication support, documentation, transportation, crisis response, facilitating groups, and creating a safe environment conducive to recovery. The role involves supporting residents in achieving their treatment goals, maintaining accurate records, performing urinalysis and breathalyzer tests, and responding effectively to crises. Qualifications include a passion for helping others and a commitment to recovery-focused care. The position is full-time, benefits-eligible, working Sunday through Thursday from 2pm to 10pm.
