Adult Residential Support Professional – Aspen Center (2nd Shift) Seeking a compassionate and dependable individual to provide support, supervision, and encouragement to residents in a residential substance use treatment program. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities , medication management , documentation of progress , transportation , crisis response , facilitating groups , and creating a safe, recovery-focused environment The role involves supporting residents'treatment goals and ensuring safety through crisis response and testing such as urinalysis and breathalyzer. The position requires maintaining accurate records and fostering an environment conducive to lasting recovery. Ideal candidates are passionate about making a positive impact and committed to helping individuals achieve their recovery objectives. The role is full-time, benefits-eligible, with shifts from Sunday through Thursday, 2pm-10pm.
