Role Overview: The Direct Support Professional 3 provides high-quality care and support to vulnerable adults with mental illnesses, ensuring their health, safety, and well-being. Key Responsibilities Assist with daily living skills, medication administration, and active treatment servicesSupport transportation, document services, implement care plans, and communicate with stakeholdersReflect values of respect, honesty, patience, and compassion in interactionsSupport the Designated Coordinator with scheduling, payroll, and task delegation Qualifications & Skills Must be 18+, with a valid driver’s licenseAt least 2 years’ experience in group home, DSP, or client care rolesMinimum 2 years’ experience in de-escalation/redirection skillsAt least 1 year in a lead or supervisory positionAbility to perform physical tasks, including lifting and emergency interventionsEffective verbal and written communication in English Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and 401K options for eligible staffDisability insurance and employee assistance programs
