About the role

Location: Jackson, MN. At Home Living – Adult Foster Care division believes in clients’ right to live in the least‑restrictive environment, providing safe, well‑cared‑for homes with 4 bedrooms each. Most clients live independently but need help with certain tasks; some programs involve additional care and offer a higher starting wage. We seek caring, compassionate, and genuine staff who want to make a difference.

Responsibilities

• Cooking and cleaning
• Medication administration & documentation
• Socializing with residents (playing games, watching movies, going for walks, bonfires, etc.)
• Going to appointments & outings with clients (shopping, movies, fishing, etc.)
• Making a difference in the lives of others

Requirements

• 18 years or older
• Pass a MN DHS Background Study
• Available to work every other weekend
• Current Driver's License, Car Insurance, and a clean record
• Must be able to pass a MN DHS Background Check

Pay

$17.00/hour (part‑time). Certain programs with additional care offer a higher starting wage.

Schedule

Part‑time positions with morning shifts (7 am‑3 pm) or evening shifts (3 pm‑11 pm).
