Job Responsibilities
- Assist with basic hygiene, grooming, feeding, movement, toileting and health-related tasks
- Document services provided, such as daily activities, Individual Abuse Prevention plans, Individual Program plans and assessments
- Provide mentoring and support in daily living activities, essential life skills and community engagement experiences
- Focus on providing skills and guidance in creating art across a multitude of mediums
- Perform other reasonable, related duties as assigned by the supervisor or other management staff
