Responsibilities include providing daily support, supervision, and encouragement to residents, assisting with daily living activities, medication support, documentation, transportation, and crisis response. Facilitate group sessions, support individualized treatment goals, and maintain a safe, welcoming environment. Perform urinalysis and breathalyzer testing as needed and document resident progress accurately. The role involves creating a supportive atmosphere that fosters lasting recovery and personal growth.
