Adult Residential Support Professional – Aspen Center (2nd Shift) We are seeking an Adult Residential Support Professional to provide support at Aspen Center, a residential substance use treatment facility for men. The role involves offering daily supervision, encouragement, and assistance to residents in achieving their recovery goals. Key responsibilities include supporting daily activities, medication assistance, documentation, transportation, crisis response, facilitating groups, and fostering a safe, recovery-focused environment. The position requires compassion, dependability, and a passion for helping others. Responsibilities also encompass maintaining accurate records of resident progress, supporting medication management, assisting with meals and life skills, responding to crises, and performing urinalysis and breathalyzer tests as needed. This full-time, benefits-eligible role is scheduled for Sunday through Thursday, 2pm-10pm.
