About the role
We are seeking an Associate Direct Support Manager to oversee operations of Residential and Day Services Programs.
Key Duties Include
- Monitoring health, safety, and regulatory compliance
- Supporting daily activities and scheduling staff
- Assisting with medication administration, behavior management, and program planning
- Planning meals, maintaining documentation, and handling finances
- Overseeing facility and transportation maintenance
