Responsibilities
- Maximize customers' experience by ensuring optimal inventory is present and ready for use within their facilities.
- Meet target KPIs through operational excellence and a steadfast commitment to servicing customers.
- Work closely with the corporate SupplySight Operations team and the assigned outside sales representative to provide top-tier customer support.
- Maintain organized inventory in accordance with RSH policies, ensuring proper labeling, storage, handling, and packaging of temperature and time-sensitive materials.
- Utilize company vehicles to efficiently resupply onsite Inventory Management (IM) programs, ensuring precise inventory levels are sustained.
- Service and maintain equipment located at SupplySight Program customer sites.
- Perform other job duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum of high school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, merchandising, or related field preferred.
- Valid state-issued driver license.
- One year of B2B Sales and/or Merchandising / Operations experience desired.
Qualifications
- Exceptional customer service skills, providing direct delivery of SupplySight program support at customer facilities.
- Strong relationships with key customer personnel and participation in negotiations and discussions to improve the program.
- Understanding of major product groupings and products to effectively service, stock, and present product solutions.
- Teamwork and communication skills, collaborating with the inside operations team and the assigned outside sales representative.
- Independent and team-oriented, able to work with minimal supervision.
- Problem-solving abilities, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Basic Excel and data analysis skills, proficiency in our internal ERP and web-based platforms.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods during physical inventory counts.

Pay
The target base compensation range for this non-exempt role is $24.00 - $26.00/hr. DOE. This role is also eligible for our Quarterly Bonus Incentive Program!
