About the role
The SupplySight Field Service Representative plays a crucial part in maximizing customer experiences by ensuring optimal inventory availability and adherence to target KPIs. This role involves direct delivery of SupplySight program support at customer facilities, fostering strong relationships, and maintaining organized inventory.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by providing program support at customer facilities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer personnel and participate in program improvements.
- Answer customer questions, manage product additions, updates, or changes, and present product solutions.
- Maintain organized inventory in compliance with RSH policies, including temperature-sensitive materials.
- Collaborate with the inside operations team and assigned sales representatives for top-tier customer support.
- Operate company vehicles to resupply inventory programs and ensure timely material delivery.
- Service and maintain equipment at SupplySight Program customer sites.
- Assist with order preparation and delivery to customer facilities.
Requirements
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in supply chain management, merchandising, or related field preferred.
- Valid state-issued driver’s license required.
- One year of B2B sales and/or merchandising/operations experience desirable.

Pay
Target base compensation range for this non-exempt role is $23.00/hr, with DOE. This role is also eligible for the company's Bonus Incentive Program.
