Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Supply Planning Transformation Specialists supporting multiple manufacturing sites
  • Drive successful deployment of a new Supply Planning Target Operating Model (TOM) across assigned manufacturing locations
  • Coach, mentor, and provide day-to-day leadership to transformation team members
  • Parenthesize with site leadership, manufacturing, operations, and supply chain stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of new planning processes
  • Manage deployment schedules, site readiness assessments, project milestones, and risk mitigation activities
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for deployment challenges and site-level issues
  • Lead change management efforts, training initiatives, and organizational adoption activities
  • Collaborate with global program leadership to ensure consistent deployment strategies across all manufacturing sites
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the transformation program
  • Report deployment progress, risks, and key performance metrics to senior leadership

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline
  • 8+ years of experience in supply chain planning, manufacturing operations, supply planning, production scheduling, S&OP, or business transformation
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams within manufacturing, supply chain, or planning organizations
  • Experience leading supply chain transformation, operating model deployment, ERP implementation, or large-scale business transformation initiatives
  • Experience within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or other highly regulated manufacturing environments
  • Strong project leadership experience managing timeline-driven, cross-functional initiatives
  • Experience with one or more planning platforms, including: SAP, SAP IBP, SAP APO, Blue Yonder / JDA, Infor, and other advanced planning and scheduling systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading multi-site manufacturing deployments
  • Change Management certification or formal change leadership experience
  • PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement certification
  • Experience developing playbooks, standard operating procedures, or deployment methodologies
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
