Transformation Strategy Lead
About the role
The Transformation Strategy Lead is a key leadership role responsible for driving operational transformation across Group Benefits. This role focuses on assessing and improving end-to-end processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and advancing modernization through process redesign, automation, and AI enablement.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate end-to-end workflows to identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities
- Design and implement future-state operating models leveraging process redesign, workflow orchestration, and automation
- Develop business cases, transformation roadmaps, and implementation plans
- Partner cross-functionally with business functions, technology, and drive execution and ensure adoption of new processes and operating models
- Support development of governance frameworks, playbooks, and change management strategies
- Deliver executive-ready presentations and updates tied to transformation progress and impact
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in management consulting, transformation, or business strategy within the Insurance Industry, preferably Group
- Deep experience in end to end transformation and process optimization
- Strong analytical and ability to identify operational inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Experienced working across matrixed environments with multiple stakeholders while leading large-scale transformation initiatives end-to-end
- Strong communicator with the ability to influence senior leadership
