Transformation Strategy Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of complex workstreams with minimal oversight
• Develop and manage outcome-based initiative workplans
• Solve problems creatively to produce strategies and deliverables independently
• Create data-based insights and actionable plans
• Create compelling executive-level written communications
• Establish trust-based relationships with business partners
• Contribute positively to a collaborative working environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years experience, or Master's degree with 3+ years experience in management consulting or healthcare transformations
• Experience developing business recommendations using structured problem-solving methods
• Ability to manage complex or cross-functional workstreams and influence executive leadership
• Proficient in quantitative analysis, research, and stakeholder communication using PowerPoint or Word
• Familiarity with technology-driven solutions, particularly in healthcare contexts
• Experience in creating and delivering executive-level written and oral communications

Pay

$126,700 – $174,200 annually
