Job Responsibilities
- Build relationships with vendors and leverage relationships to solve problems, such as expediting late POs, improving delivery dates, etc.
- Achieve specific procurement goals or provide support to others while following established procurement systems and protocols.
- Carry out a range of contract management tasks, including verification of vendor acknowledgements for delivery date, cost, quantity, and terms, as well as questioning cost discrepancies.
- Produce accurate reports for others by collecting data from a variety of standard sources and inputting into standard formats.
- Collect and collate information on the key cost drivers, market dynamics, and issues, areas of innovation, and alternative suppliers for more senior colleagues to provide solid market information for decision-making.
- Resolve complex queries from internal or external customers or suppliers by providing information on policies and/or procedures and escalating issues as appropriate.

Qualifications
- 1-3 years of related job experience.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently.
- Excellent verbal, written, people, and diplomacy skills are required.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong customer service skills (friendly, courteous, and helpful).
