Key Responsibilities
- Cook up and oversee the transportation of household goods and personal belongings.
- Act as a primary contact for customers, offering guidance and support before, during, and after their move.
- Aid management with scheduling, tracking, and logistics-related activities.
- Maintain accurate records and process customer documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams through phone, email, and written correspondence.
- Perform a variety of administrative duties in a fast-paced office environment, including data entry, file management, and report preparation.
- Adapt to changing priorities and deadlines while maintaining a high level of organization and professionalism.
- Protect confidential information and follow established company procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational, scheduling, and time-management abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask effectively, and work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service experience.
- Experience handling administrative tasks, data entry, and document review.
Education & Experience
- A high school diploma or equivalent required.
- A minimum of three years of administrative and customer service experience.
- Previous experience in the transportation, logistics, relocation, or moving industry is preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to remain seated and work at a computer for extended periods.
- Must be capable of occasionally lifting and carrying items weighing up to 20 pounds.
