Supply Chain Project Lead

About the role

A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or business is required, with a focus in these areas preferred. Six Sigma/Process Excellence and/or Project Management/PMP/FPX certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leading projects
• Leading cross-functional teams
• Interacting with domestic and international suppliers
• Experience with S&OP / IBP
• Change management in regulated operational environments (ERP & PLM systems)
• Successfully leading large complex programs
• Strong communication and management influence skills

Requirements

• Minimum of six (6) years of work experience in supply chain, operations, engineering or quality function, preferably within a regulated environment
• Experience leading projects
• Experience leading cross-functional teams
• Experience interacting with domestic and international suppliers
• Medical Device/Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences experience preferred

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Computer Science

Skills

Proven ability to successfully lead large complex programs, strong communication and management influence skills, and experience with ERP & PLM systems are preferred.

Pay

$115,000 - $125,000 per year

Schedule

This position may require up to 20% Domestic and International travel.
