Supply Chain Project Lead
What You’ll Do
Eaton’s Electrical Sector, Critical Power Solutions (CPS) division is currently seeking a Supply Chain Project Lead to complete projects and identify and prioritize opportunities to improve resiliency, productivity, cost, quality, and service. This position is based in Santa Ana, California.
Qualifications Required
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution
- Three years of purchasing or planning experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration
- Project Management experience around supply chain or material operations
- CPIM or CPM certification
- Experience with SAP, Kinaxis, and/or Power BI
- Knowledge of continuous improvement tools and processes
- Ability to read and interpret technical engineering drawings and specifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications
Position Criteria
- Knowledge of MRP/Material Planning Systems (SAP preferred)
- Working knowledge and experience with digital technology and processes
- Knowledge of general manufacturing practices
- Knowledge of purchasing practices/contracting methods & strategies
- Ability to train peers or new purchasing personnel
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
Salaries and Benefits
The expected annual salary range for this role is $99,000 - $145,000 a year. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
