As a Global Supply Manager within the Integrated Systems & Partnerships (IS&P) team, you'll be responsible for managing subordinate teams overseeing subcontractors or critical subcontracted systems for all contract types and programs. Your work scope includes the International Final Assembly and Checkout facilities, Depots, and Co-Producers.

What You Will Be Doing

You will manage subordinate teams overseeing subcontractors or critical subcontracted systems for all contract types and programs, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and company policies. You will also direct and manage all costs, quality, schedule, financial, and technical performance requirements that are levied on the subcontractor or the product family and ensure performance and support of the contract milestones of the system.

You will develop sourcing and subcontract program management strategic plans that address overall program capture needs, execution, and risk management. You will act as the main focal point to the subcontractor and program management office. You will make informed decisions affecting the performance of the subcontractor, establish milestone objectives to manage performance to committed schedules and contractual specifications, and lead a cross-functional team to ensure successful subcontract execution and program delivery.
