Supply Chain - Procurement Manager - Level 4

About the role

Responsible for managing procurement processes to ensure cost-effective sourcing of materials and services. Oversee supplier relationships and implement strategies to enhance supply chain efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies to meet business needs while controlling costs.
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and evaluate vendor performance.
• Monitor market trends and forecast demand to optimize inventory levels and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain management.
• Proven track record in managing supplier relationships and implementing cost-saving initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
