Who You Are
As a Global Supply Manager within the Integrated Systems & Partnerships (IS&P) team, you'll oversee a team managing the F-35 Subcontract relationship with L3 Harris and supporting MADL and Common Component systems. Your responsibilities include production and sustainment support both domestically and internationally.
What You Will Be Doing
The Global Supply Manager within the IS&P team oversees and manages teams responsible for subcontractors or critical subcontracted systems across various contract types and programs. You ensure compliance with contractual requirements and company policies, manage costs, quality, schedules, finances, and technical performance, and develop strategic plans for sourcing and subcontract programs.
You also act as the primary point of contact for subcontractors and program management offices. Your role involves making informed decisions, setting milestone objectives, leading cross-functional teams, and managing the entire acquisition lifecycle from business case development to contract execution, supplier management, and program sustainment.
