Basic Qualifications
Professional experience working Supply Chain Management (SCM) fundamentals including, processes, procedures, policies, systems, and overall understanding of subcontracts, and acquisition procedures
Prior Leadership Experience
Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Department of Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS) and internal policies
Experience with Material Cost Forecasting and Cost Account Management
Experience in at least (1) of the following disciplines: Material Program Management Engineering Material Finance Program Management
Job Description
The Skunk Works Supply Chain on-site Material Program Management Manager role involves leading a team of eleven in performing subcontract program management duties in support of multiple Advanced Development Programs, Customers, and the Global Supply Chain (GSC) team.
Responsibilities include communicating program visions, purposes, and missions, executing objectives, strategies, and plans, managing material costs and schedules, managing outside processing, raw materials, and miscellaneous small parts (MSP), creating subcontract management plans, developing statement of work, monitoring subcontract placement, establishing acquisition strategies, conducting risk, issue, and opportunity management, and ensuring compliance with internal procurement policies, FAR requirements, and DFARS.
What You Will Be Doing
- Perform Supply Chain Cost Account Manager (CAM) responsibilities for assigned program(s)
- Manage impacts to material cost and program schedule
- Represent Supply Chain Management at CAM, MCF, and Program reviews
- Manage Outside Processing, Raw Materials, and Miscellaneous Small Parts (MSP) for multiple ADP portfolios
- Serve as Supply Chain Program Manager on program pursuits
- Create Subcontract Management Plans
- Monitor and manage subcontract placement per Integrated Master Schedules for multiple programs
- Establishing and executing acquisition strategies to support program objectives while maintaining procurement system integrity
- Provide effective communication across multiple disciplines and with multiple personalities
- Manage competing demands between aggressive program schedule milestones and functional compliance responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies, Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) requirements and Department of Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS)
- Manage impacts to material cost and program schedule
- Conduct risk, issues, and opportunities management

This position is located in Fort Worth, TX or Palmdale, CA. Must be a US Citizen; this position requires an active U.S. Government SECRET security clearance to be considered.
