Responsibilities

  • Leverage problem-solving, creativity, and data to tackle exciting industry challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
  • Manage supply chain operations to support product delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with FAR/DFAR regulations and other relevant policies.
  • Use Microsoft Office and SAP tools to manage supply chain processes.
  • Lead and mentor a team to achieve departmental goals.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • 10+ years of experience with supply chain management, buying, or procurement.
  • Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) or Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR).
  • Experience with Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with SAP.
  • Experience with TINA.

Qualifications

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet customer objectives.
  • Self-starter with a strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
  • Team lead experience preferred.
  • Commercial/non-commercial procurements experience preferred.
  • Aero industry experience preferred.

Pay

Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

50% onsite in office - Wed & Thursday, with availability to travel domestically and internationally.
