Supply Chain Intern

Location: East Farmingdale, NY

Pay Rate: $19 - $22 per hour

Responsibilities

• Update ORACLE "Promise" Date, as applicable for supplier changes via approval from Product Line PM.
• Track open purchase order issues and drive to resolution.
• Track open Supplier purchase order status to ensure supplier delivery commitments remain on time to KTL.
• Provide timely notification to PLT Planners regarding any supplier delivery slippage.
• Collaborate with internal resources and suppliers to remedy supplier slippage and/or supplier requests/needs.
• Maintain and track supplier NCRs and RTV for Supplier Returns.
• Expedite, as needed, internal stakeholders for supplier return product.
• Ensure TR supplied material is sent out from the facility (on time) to support suppliers’ delivery date.
• Expedite both internal and external stakeholders as needed to resolve procedure submittal, review, and approval.

Requirements

• US Citizen (only).
• Computer database experience.
• Knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
• Currently working towards or graduated from a BA in Business or Supply Chain (preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
