About the Role

OSI Optoelectronics has an internship opportunity for a college student pursuing a diploma or degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field to support the Supply Chain department. The selected candidate will work in a fast-paced and dynamic industry, contributing to data analysis and reporting under the guidance of the Supply Chain team.

Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis related to vendors and commodities with guidance from the Supply Chain team.
• Review various data points and enter data for database cleanup.
• Generate periodic summary reports.
• Uphold the company’s core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork.
• Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct.
• Report any quality problems or defects to management for corrective action.
• Adapt to modified or assigned duties as needed to meet business requirements.

Requirements

• Must be enrolled in college during the 2026 academic school year and in good standing.
• Must be pursuing a degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is desired.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Must be a team player.

Pay

The pay range for this internship is $20.00 hourly. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, experience, job-related knowledge, and education, in conjunction with market and business considerations.
