Supply Chain Intern

Responsibilities

• Aiding in the identification, evaluation, and negotiation of potential suppliers.
• Maintaining relationships with existing suppliers.
• Creating, tracking, and resolving issues with purchase orders (POs).
• Analyzing market trends, supplier performance, and cost data to support purchasing decisions.
• Maintaining accurate records, including contracts, tender documents, and invoice data.
• Assisting in procurement process improvements or specific sourcing projects.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance supply chain operations.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in a Supply Chain or Supply Chain related field (minimum GPA requirement or 3.0).
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic project management and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and take initiative.
