Essential Functions
- Maintain accurate import delivery schedules by updating purchase order dates, supplier confirmations, shipment milestones, and expected receipt information.
- Track international shipments from supplier readiness through final delivery, following up with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams as needed.
- Review open purchase orders to identify missing confirmations, delayed shipments, date changes, and potential supply risks requiring follow-up or escalation.
- Support expedite activity for critical materials by gathering status updates, documenting supplier responses, and helping communicate realistic delivery expectations.
- Aid with supply chain reporting, data accuracy checks, process documentation, and improvement projects that strengthen planning and on-time delivery visibility.
- Gain hands-on exposure to import logistics, supplier communication, ERP data maintenance, and practical supply chain decision-making in a manufacturing/distribution environment.

Physical Requirements
- Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and use a computer for extended periods.
- Regularly required to communicate by phone, email, Microsoft Teams, and in person.

- Occasionally may lift or move light materials, documents, or samples as needed.
