Supply Chain Intern

Duties / Accountabilities

• Accountable to Procurement and Quality Assurance for project execution, tracking and reporting.
• Engage with suppliers for project execution.
• Ensures effective, accurate and timely communication across Procurement and Quality Assurance teams.
• Collaborate with other members of the team to provide coordinated efforts and efficient project implementation.
• Identifies program level risks and delays, raises issues or concerns as needed, and provides plans to mitigate those risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or a related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to deal with ambiguity, complexity and working under pressure with tight timelines and moving targets
• Strong team player able to work both collaboratively and independently
• Strong proficiency in using standard MS Office tools
• SAP knowledge a plus
