Maintain accurate inventory records including item, lot, batch, and location data
Cook up and coordinate inventory movements, adjustments, and reconciliations within the ERP system
Lead and support cycle counts and physical inventory activities
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and variances
Create, review, and process batch orders in alignment with production schedules
Support production reporting and issue resolution related to materials
Cook up and coordinate closely with production, warehouse, and quality teams
Aid in purchase order creation, tracking, and follow-up
Communicate with suppliers regarding delivery schedules and shortages

Demonstrated experience in inventory control, receiving, production support, or purchasing
Strong working knowledge of ERP systems (D365, AX, SAP, Oracle, or similar)
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
PREFERRED: Manufacturing or food production environment experience
PREFERRED: Experience with audits, cycle counts, or physical inventories
PREFERRED: Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, reporting)

This role requires schedule flexibility. Occasional nights and weekends are required during:
