SUPPLY CHAIN ADMINISTRATOR
Location: Kettering, Northamptonshire
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

We're recruiting for a growing international business specialising in innovative consumer products sold through major UK and global retailers. This role is ideal if you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy organisation, and want to be the reliable backbone of a dynamic supply chain team. You’ll be involved in a variety of tasks, from coordinating international shipments to supporting product compliance and new launches—no two days will be the same.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate purchase orders, sales orders, and shipping documentation.
- Organise courier collections and track global shipments.
- Prepare documentation for product testing and certifications.
- Maintain accurate product, compliance, and supplier records.
- Support new product launches by setting up product information and updating internal systems.
- Monitor customer complaints and ensure follow-through on actions.
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to keep operations running efficiently.
Requirements
- Experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or shipping administration.
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities without compromising accuracy.
- Confidence using spreadsheets and internal business systems.
- Proactive approach—takes ownership of tasks and problem-solving.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with suppliers, couriers, and colleagues at all levels.
Nice to have
- Experience working with international suppliers or coordinating cross-time-zone shipments.
- Exposure to product compliance, certifications, or import/export administration.
