About the role
Project Expedition is seeking a Supplier Support Coordinator for hands-on work centered on partner coordination and the day-to-day demands of a tours-and-activities marketplace connecting travelers, travel advisors, tour operators, excursions, transfers, bookings, content, and partner support.
The role focuses on supplier support coordination within the tours and activities marketplace, ensuring confirmed facts are separated from assumptions and unresolved questions.
Expected contribution: Partner coordination becomes more reliable, and repeated failure points are surfaced before they affect customers, partners, or teammates. Success is measured through effective supplier support coordination within the marketplace.

- Own the workflow by maintaining current supplier or partner information.
- Coordinate the workflow by following up on open service and inventory questions.
Position Details
Full-time, associate-level role. 100% remote within the United States.
Pay
Base salary: $44,000–$66,000 per year.
