About the role
Connects partner coordination with the broader operating needs of family and group leisure travel, cruises, all-inclusive trips, theme parks, sports travel, weddings, and honeymoons. Every handoff should show what is complete, what is pending, and who owns the next step.
Responsibilities
- Own the Supplier Support Coordinator workflow by helping the team document commitments and response deadlines.
- Coordinate the workflow by routing partner issues to the right internal owner.
- Review the workflow by keeping product and service details aligned with confirmed information.
- Maintain the workflow by ensuring current supplier or partner information is up to date.
- Track the workflow by following up on open service and inventory questions.
Skills
- Use Booking Support and Partner Records confidently.
- Apply Performance Tracking without losing track of exceptions, owners, or deadlines.
- Document decisions clearly so another teammate can follow the reasoning.
- Use sound judgment around Partner Support, especially when escalation is required instead of assumption.
