SUPPLEMENTAL ONLY- FOOTBALL (ASSISTANT COACH)
Position Goal
The Head Coach and Assistant Coach positions at Boyd H. Anderson High School are responsible for leading and managing athletic teams, providing instruction, and ensuring the safety and welfare of student athletes.
Essential Performance Responsibilities
- Develop and implement training programs for student athletes.
- Manage team practices and games, adhering to league rules and regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to student athletes, including academic and personal development.
- Collaborate with other coaches and school staff to enhance team performance and school spirit.
- Maintain communication with parents and guardians regarding team activities and expectations.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
- Standard high school diploma or GED.
- Florida Educator Certificate or requirement to obtain an Athletic Coaching Certificate from the Florida Department of Education.
- Knowledge of the sport and ability to teach it effectively.
Paid Qualifications & Experience
- Standard high school diploma or GED.
- Knowledge of the activity and ability to teach it effectively.
- Computer skills as required for the position.

Positions require physical stamina, strength, and agility to manage sports equipment and participate in physical activities.
