SUPPLEMENTAL ONLY- FOOTBALL (ASSISTANT COACH)
POSITION GOAL
The Head Coach and Assistant Coach positions are responsible for overseeing athletic activities, providing instruction, and ensuring the safety and welfare of participants.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- The Head Coach must hold a valid Florida Educator Certificate.
- The Assistant Coach must have a standard high school diploma or equivalent, along with a knowledge of the activity and the ability to impart this knowledge.
- Computer skills are required for the Assistant Coach position.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Preference is given to candidates with significant coaching experience and a proven track record in their field.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Candidates should be physically fit to meet the demands of the position, including but not limited to, lifting, running, and standing for extended periods.

- Nonexempt classification.
CERTIFICATIONS
Candidates must hold a valid Florida Educator Certificate for the Head Coach position.

Candidates should possess excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Contact with participants, parents, and other coaches is frequent and essential for the success of the program.
