This position serves as a Supervisory Program Manager and Division Head in the Prototype & Manufacturing Division within the Prototype, Manufacturing and Test Department of NAVAIRWARCENADLKE.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage personnel skills, processes, and resources.
- Act as a general manager and direct, coordinate, and oversee the work of the Division through subordinate supervisors and leaders or comparable personnel.
- Manage financial resources within assigned budget.
- Resolve conflicts involving subordinates (internal and external).
- Develop criteria and measures for evaluating the performance of subordinates.
Pay
$148,222 – $197,200 per year.
