About the role

The ERP Program Manager is accountable for leading Yamaha's enterprise-wide ERP transformation initiatives, including SAP S/4HANA implementations and related business transformation programs. This role provides strategic and operational leadership across governance, implementation oversight, stakeholder management, organizational readiness, risk management, and value realization.

Requirements

  • Deep ERP transformation expertise
  • Strong SAP S/4HANA knowledge
  • Executive communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Strong governance, financial, and risk management capability
  • Experience driving organizational change and adoption

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
  • 10+ years of ERP program/project management experience
  • 10+ years of SAP experience including SAP S/4HANA
  • Experience leading large-scale multi-year ERP implementations
  • Experience managing implementation partners and consultants
  • PMP, PgMP, SAP certifications preferred
